Exercise Cards and Fitnessgram

The daily exercise cards assigned to the 4th-6th grade students are meant to help strengthen your child in areas that will physically prepare them for the CA_State_Fitnessgram.  This is a physical test administered in 5th, 7th, and 9th grades. According to the California Department of Education, "The main goal of the test is to help students in starting life-long habits of regular physical activity."

The Fitnessgram is a State Test required for 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students. 

These cards are available online. Please see files provided on this webpage.  If you are unable to print these for any reason Ms. Ennis will have "Exercise Cards" available*. Students can requests an exercise card from Ms. Ennis during school hours. It is the student's responsibility to attain the exercise card, complete it, and turn it in to Ms. Ennis for grading.

I have created each of these documents to be printed back to back on the long edge of the paper. Then you can cut the paper in half and the dates will match up accordingly.
